Full Body Workouts

15 Minute Burner – This is a quick 15 minute workout that you can literally do anywhere!  All you need is your own body!

300 – A full body workout that will have you feeling the burn in no time with a total of 300 reps when you have finished.

300 #2 – Another 300 rep workout to work those muscles over.

Burpee Time – A Burpee loaded circuit workout that will tone, tighten, and burn calories!

CrossFit WOD – An amazing 15 minute workout that will leave you feeling like you worked out for a lot longer.

Deck of Cards Workout –  A perfect at-home-workout or traveling workout, and all you need is a deck of cards!

Find Your Muscles – This workout with weights will have you working every muscles…Even the ones you didn’t know you had!

Full Body Burn – Get a full body workout with this quick workout with some burpees thrown in to help keep your heart rate up.

A Freakishly Good Workout – A great leg and upper body workout that will chase your fat away.

Hit it All – A full-body workout circuit that will hit every major body part.

Shape It Up – Shape up those muscles with this full body workout that uses supersets, with cardio circuits to really burn those calories.  You can do this workout at home too!

Stability Ball Circuit Workout – This is a great at home or gym workout that will work all your muscles and your core the whole time!

Stability Ball Circuit Workout #2 – Another fun stability ball workout you can do at home with weights that targets all your muscles!

Take-It-With-You Workout – A workout that only uses your body weight, so you can do it while traveling or in your own home.  The best part is that you are still going to get an amazing workout!

Upper Body Tabata – This tabata workout combines core and upper body exercises, and is great for everyone including beginners.  Each tabata is broken up with strength moves for your upper body, so your lungs are ready to go for the next tabata!

Wake It Up –  This is a workout that will totally Wake Up those muscles in the morning without the added coffee!!

Upper Body Workouts

**NEW**Upper Body Burn – This is a pyramid upper body workout that hits all your upper body muscles using supersets.

Tone and Tighten – A Shoulder, Chest, and Triceps workout.  This workout is mostly done on a stability ball, so you will be using your core to help keep your body balanced.  You will complete 3 rounds of this circuit with 60 second recoveries between each exercise.

It’s About Time for Upper Body – An upper body workout that involves a treadmill and weights (have the weights you will need set next to your treadmill).  You will run or do sprints on the treadmill in between working your upper body out with weights.  This is a great workout to do if you are pressed for time.  Do 1-3 rounds of this circuit style workout.

Rock that Upper Body – An upper body workout that will make those muscles “pop”!

Shoulders, Jacks, and Abs – A great circuit that will keep your heart rate up while working out your shoulders and abs.

Biceps and Triceps – No one wants “granny arms” or “wings.”  This is a great arm workout that will tighten those loose arms!  As always, if you want to add some cardio to keep your heart rate up, do 60 seconds of jumping jacks, jump rope, or run in place in between each exercise.

Upper Body Tabata – This tabata workout is great for everyone including beginners.  Each tabata is broken up with strength moves for your upper body, so your lungs are ready to go for the next tabata!

Lower Body Workouts

Bootie Lovin’ Workout – Here is a butt workout that will help you get that rock solid and round bootie!  This is a great workout to do after a run or elliptical workout.

Strong Legs – This workout is designed to give you strong running legs, or just strong legs in general.  For this workout you will be doing supersets with an optional short core exercise section between supersets.

A Beach Workout – This lower body and core workout (with optional cardio) will keep your body beach ready!

Lower-Body Blast Circuit – A lower body circuit that is guaranteed to get your legs and butt toned along with an option for cardio to keep your heart rate up the whole time.

Abs/Core Workouts

300 Core/Abdominal Workout – Talk about getting your abs into shape…do this every other day and you will be toned!

Beach Abs Pyramid – Get that stomach beach ready with this pyramid workout!

Get Those Abs – A full abdominal and core workout that you will love!

Ab-Tastic 30 Workout – This abdominal workout will tone and tighten every section of your abs.  Good-bye muffin top!

6-Pack Ab Workout – An abdominal workout that focuses more on your obliques and helping create those 6-pack abs!
