Below you will find my workout log and what workouts I do each day.  By loging what I do I keep myself motivated.  Hopefully it can motivate you too!

January 7 – January 13

  • Jan 7 – BBB Workout A, 20 min yoga
  • Jan 8 – 60 min Spinning, 60 min pilates
  • Jan 9 – BBB Workout B, Fairy in Training 5K, 20 min yoga
  • Jan 10 – 120 min Spinning (taught 2 classes), 300 Core/Ab workout, 20 min yoga
  • Jan 11 – 30 min weights w/Rita, 30 min Spinning
  • Jan 12 – Off
  • Jan 13 – 60 min yoga

December 31-January 6

  • December 31 – Off
  • January 1 – 5K Resolution Run
  • January 2 – 60 min yoga
  • January 3 – 120 min Spinning (taught 2 classes), 2 miles, 60 min yoga
  • January 4 – 30 min weights w/Rita, 30 min Spinning, 60 min yoga
  • January 5
  • January 6

December 24 – December 30

  • Dec 24 – Shoveled a butt load of snow
  • Dec 25 – Had a great Christmas and I hope you did too!
  • Dec 26 – 60 min spinning, It’s Time for Upper Body, core work, 40 yoga
  • Dec 27 – 120 min spinning (taught 2 classes), Santa 5K, 60 min yoga
  • Dec 28 – 30 min spinning, weights and core work, 20 min yoga
  • Dec 29 – 60 min spinning, 60 min yoga
  • Dec 30 – Off

December 17 – December 23

  • Dec 17 – CrossFit WOD, 300 Abs, 60 min yoga
  • Dec 18 – 60 min spinning, 40 min yoga
  • Dec 19 – Shape It Up Workout, 60 min spinning, 60 min yoga
  • Dec 20 – 120 min spinning (taught 2 spinning classes), 60 min bootie buster class, 60 min yoga
  • Dec 21 – 30 min spinning, 30 min weights, 60 min yoga
  • Dec 22 – Off
  • Dec 23 – 60 min yoga, 40 min spinning

December 10 – December 16

  • Dec 10 – BBB workout A, 300 Ab/Core Workout, 60 min yoga
  • Dec 11 – weights with Rita, 60 min spinning, 40 min yoga, 60 min pilates
  • Dec 12 – 5K Run Once Upon a Time, BBB workout B, yoga 20 min, WOW
  • Dec 13 – 120 min spinning (taught 2 classes), 60 min yoga
  • Dec 14 – 30 min spinning, 60 min weights, 6-pack ab workout
  • Dec 15 – Off
  • Dec 16- 60 min yoga

December 3 – December 9

  • Dec 3 – BBB workout A, Rock that Upper Body, 40 min spinning, 20 min yoga
  • Dec 4 – 60 min spinning, Get Those Abs, 20 min yoga, 60 min pilates
  • Dec 5 – 20 min yoga
  • Dec 6 – 120 min spinning (taught 2 classes), 60 min yoga
  • Dec 7 – BBB workout C, 20 min upper body weights, 30 min spinning, 20 min yoga
  • Dec 8 – Off
  • Dec 9 – 40 min yoga

November 26 – December 2

  • Nov 26 – BBB workout A, WOW HBBC, core and ab work, upper body weights, 40 min spinning, 40 min yoga
  • Nov 27 – 120 minutes spinning (taught 2 spinning classes), core work, 60 min yoga (and boy did I need that yoga too!)
  • Nov 28 –  BBB workout B, 40 min spinning, 40 min yoga, 2 miles with Lady
  • Nov 29 – 120 minutes spinning (taught 2 classes), Get Those Abs, 40 min yoga
  • Nov 30 – BBB workout C, 30 min upper body workout w/Rita, 30 min spinnings, 20 min yoga, 40 min pilates
  • Dec 1 – 60 min yoga
  • Dec 2 – 2 mile walk with Tilly

November 19 – November 25

  • Nov 19 – BBB workout A plus extra upper body, 30 min spinning, 20 min yoga
  • Nov 20 – 60 min spinning, 6-pack abs, 20 min yoga, 40 min pilates
  • Nov 21 – BBB workout B, 20 min yoga, 40 min spinning
  • Nov 22 – 60 min spinning, WOW HBBC, 20 min yoga
  • Nov 23 – 90 min spinning (60 and 30 min classes), pilates, 20 min yoga
  • Nov 24 – 60 min yoga with my son!  4 mile dog walk (2 with Lady and 2 with Tilly)
  • Nov 25 – Off

November 12 – November 18

November 5 – November 11, 2012

  • Nov 5 – BBB Workout A, 30 min spinning, 20 min yoga
  • Nov 6 – 40 min spinning, 20 min treadmill intervals, 40 min pilates, 20 min stretching
  • Nov 7 – BBB Workout B, 30 min treadmill interval
  • Nov 8 – 60 min spinning class, 20 min yoga
  • Nov 9 – 30 min spinning class, BBB Workout C, 20 min stretch, 40 min pilates class
  • Nov 10 – Shoveling a buttload of snow for 45 minutes…I sweated, so it is a workout!
  • Nov 11 – 20 min yoga
