  • 30 Minute Speed Work – A flat walk, jog, and run that will burn calories and help you build endurance.
  • 30 Minute Hills and Speed Challenges – A great 30 minute interval with flats full of speed and some great climbs in between.  The time will blow by with this one!

  • 35 Minute Treadmill Intervals – Burn Calories!  Great for the beginner too
